Data deletion
1. Remove one connected social account (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads)
In the Service: Connect Accounts → open the account's card → Disconnect.
- Its access and refresh tokens are deleted immediately, for every platform.
- For YouTube, the videos, statistics, comments and audience data we imported from the channel are deleted at the same time. Posts your team created inside the Service remain as your own content until you delete them.
At the platform: you can also revoke our access from the platform itself — for Google/YouTube at myaccount.google.com/permissions; for Facebook/Instagram under Settings → Business integrations. Revoking there stops access instantly; the Service marks the account disconnected on its next check.
2. Delete your user account and personal data
Settings → Privacy & data → Delete my account. This permanently removes your login, profile, consent records and personal data. It cannot be undone. (If you are the last administrator of your organisation, the Service will ask you to hand over admin rights first so the workspace is not orphaned.)
Want a copy first? Same place → Export my data gives you a JSON file of everything held about you.
3. Delete an entire organisation / workspace
Content, connected accounts, reports and imported platform data belong to your organisation's workspace. To close a workspace or the whole organisation, the organisation's administrator emails us (below); we delete the data within 30 days and confirm in writing.
4. Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, or want us to do it for you, email info@highoninnovation.com or highoninnovation.india@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address on the account, and tell us what to delete (a connected account, your login, or a workspace). We verify the request, delete within 30 days, and confirm by email.
5. What may remain after deletion
- Backups are overwritten on their normal rotation (at most 30 days).
- The append-only audit log — a tamper-evident security record — keeps entries such as "post approved by name@example.com on date". By design it cannot be edited, so it retains the email address of the person who acted, for accountability only. It is never used for marketing or profiling.
- Content already published to a social platform lives on that platform under its rules — delete it there if you want it gone.
