What HOI Social Media Hub stores, how it is protected, how long it stays, and the controls you have — in one page. The full legal texts are linked at the bottom.
Four principles
Encrypted at rest
Social-platform tokens are AES-encrypted in the database and never displayed. Passwords are hashed. We never ask for — and never see — your Google, Meta or LinkedIn passwords; connection always happens on their own sign-in pages.
Refreshed while connected, deleted when not
Platform data is refreshed automatically while an account is connected. Disconnect it and its tokens are deleted at once; for YouTube, everything imported from the channel is deleted too.
Never sold, never for ads, never for training
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or train AI models on it. AI features act only on the specific text or numbers you send them, for that request.
You hold the keys
Every connection is yours to revoke — from the app or directly at the platform. Approvals are always by a person in your workspace; nothing reaches a platform on its own.
Your controls
Where each control lives inside the app.
Export my data
Settings → Privacy & data
Everything held about you as a JSON file.
Delete my account
Settings → Privacy & data
Permanently removes your login and personal data (guarded so the last admin cannot orphan a workspace).
Disconnect a platform account
Connect Accounts → account card
Deletes tokens immediately; YouTube imports are deleted with them.
