Terms of service

Last updated 18 August 2026 · HOI Social Media Hub by High On Innovation
These terms govern your use of HOI Social Media Hub ("the Service"), operated by High On Innovation ("we"). By signing in or using the Service you agree to them, and — where you connect a YouTube channel — to the YouTube Terms of Service as well.

1. The Service

HOI Social Media Hub is a social media management platform: it helps your team plan, draft (with AI assistance), approve, schedule and publish content to social platforms you connect, brings comments into a shared inbox, and reports performance, audience and return on investment. Access is provided to organisations ("Customers") who invite their users. Your organisation's administrator controls who has access and with which permissions.

2. Your account

  • Keep your password confidential and tell us at once if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity under your login.
  • You must be at least 16 and authorised by your organisation to use the Service.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Connected platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube)

The Service acts on your social accounts only through the platforms' official APIs, only with the permissions you approve on their sign-in pages, and only on your instructions (for example, an approved and scheduled post). You confirm that you own or are authorised to manage every account you connect.

You agree to comply with each platform's terms and policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube's Community Guidelines, and Meta's Platform Terms. Google's use of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke the Service's access to any account at any time from Connect Accounts or from the platform itself; see our Privacy policy for what happens to stored data.

The platforms may change or restrict their APIs, apply quotas, or suspend access; features that depend on them may then be unavailable, and we are not responsible for such changes.

4. Your content and approvals

You retain all rights to the content you create or upload. You grant us only the licence needed to store, display, process (including with AI providers, at your request) and publish it to the platforms and accounts you choose.

You are responsible for your content — including that you hold the rights to any image, video or music you publish, and that it complies with the law and platform rules. The Service's rights-status field exists to help you track this; it does not check ownership for you.

AI-generated drafts are suggestions. They can be wrong, generic or inappropriate. Nothing is published without a human approval in your workspace, and the person who approves a post is responsible for it.

5. Acceptable use

  • No spam, deceptive engagement, buying/faking followers or interactions, or automation that a platform prohibits. The Service's engagement features are suggest-only by design; do not attempt to circumvent that.
  • No unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing or harmful content.
  • No attempts to break, probe or overload the Service, or to access other organisations' data.
  • No reselling or sublicensing the Service without our written agreement.

6. Availability, changes and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, add or remove features, and will give notice of material changes where practical. Support is by email at info@highoninnovation.com or highoninnovation.india@gmail.com.

7. Fees

Commercial terms (fees, plan limits, term) are set out in the agreement between High On Innovation and your organisation. These Terms apply in addition to that agreement; if they conflict, the agreement prevails.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and documentation belong to High On Innovation or its licensors. You may use them only as permitted by these Terms. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the Service without obligation.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee any particular reach, engagement, growth, leads or revenue.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, High On Innovation is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees your organisation paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Settings → Privacy & data). We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or risk to the Service or other users, giving notice where practical. On termination we delete or return Customer data as described in the Privacy policy and the Customer agreement.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of India, unless mandatory consumer law where you live provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
